For peace of mind, we’ve extended our online and in-store returns period for the holiday and gifting season. Purchases made between 1st November 2024 and 13th December 2024 can be returned with proof of purchase up until 10th January 2025. Purchases made after 13th December 2024 fall under our standard 28-day returns policy.

Online purchases can be returned using our online returns service. If you're returning an international order, please use the International Returns portal on our website. You can also return or exchange items ordered online from our UK or US website at an AllSaints store. Please bring a copy of your original order invoice and the items you wish to return to a store trading in the same currency as the original purchase. Below are the suggested last order dates if you’re looking for your purchases to arrive by 24th December. Please note, these dates are a guide, not a guarantee and customers are advised to leave as much time as possible to get their shopping on time.
