Lovely shirt but downsize

This shirt comes up extra, extra oversized so I actually ordered the smaller size. It's still oversized but doesn't swamp me.
I've already had compliments whilst wearing on its first outing. It's a lovely light shirt and can be worn by itself or over layers. Since when did Allsaints start having so much of its clothing made in China though?
