Measure the thickest part of your chest in inches. Begin by measuring beneath your arms, across the chest and over the shoulder blades - make sure you keep the tape horizontal, but don’t pull it too tight.

Bust Size Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just beneath the armpit - make sure you don’t pull the measuring tape too tight. Waist Size Measure just beneath your waistline, where your pants would usually sit - remember to keep the tape in a straight line.
