Everything you need to know about keeping your AllSaints pieces in perfect condition.

To clean your bag use a damp cloth, wipe gently and avoid rubbing.

When you’re not using your bag, we recommend storing your bag in the grey dust bag provided – avoid storing in plastic packaging.

Try to avoid contact with rain, humidity, direct sunlight, grease (including make up), alcohol (including perfume) and other products that could cause staining.

Please take great care when using any beauty products when wearing AllSaints garments, as discolouration can occur due to the chemicals/bleaching agents in these products.

Leather bags are expected to have variations in tone, marking and even texture – these qualities should not be considered imperfections, but unique identifiers of your leather bag.

Wash your denim in cold water, inside out and only when absolutely necessary. Spot clean with soap and water when you can – use mild detergent to stop the colour fading.

Retain the colour and shape by washing your jeans as little as possible - it’s kinder to the planet, and to your jeans.

Keep in mind that denim breaks down in the dryer, the colour fades and the shape distorts. Always air dry your jeans – natural is better.

To soften your denim, soak in cold water, hang dry and wear in.

AllSaints knitwear has been made with the finest materials. We recommend all knitwear is stored flat to keep your garment in shape – avoid hanging heavy knitwear. Please be careful when wearing jewellery to avoid snagging.

WOOL

Wool garments, including Merino, can sometimes be dry cleaned, hand or machine washed. Please always refer to the care label instructions. If your garment is machine washable, please wash it inside out in a laundry bag and make sure you choose a gentle "wool" cycle at 30 degrees or less. Use a mild soap with low pH suitable for knitwear. Due to the natural characteristics of wool some pilling may occur on the surface of the garment over time. To maintain the appearance of your garment, we recommend using a lint roller.

MERINO WOOL

Due to the natural characteristics of this yarn and delicate structure of the knit, remember to use a gentle cycle for knitwear when machine washing - regular cycles can cause the garment to shrink. Ideally, wash the garment inside out in a laundry bag to avoid snagging. Choosing the right temperature will also help, 30 degrees or cold water. Items can also be hand washed with a milder soap specifically designed for knitwear - look for a soap with a neutral, not high pH.

BOILED WOOL

Do not wash boiled wool in water as due to the nature of the yarn, shrinkage will definitely occur. This type of wool must always be dry cleaned to maintain the same shape.
