Now with long sleeves that feature shirred cuffs, the lightweight fabric is still shaped to a relaxed fit with a low scooped neckline and flattering waistline. The skirt is full of volume and layered with three heavily ruffled tiers that cascade to a maxi length. A bit of drama, but always playful – we love this dress for all seasons.
